How We Work

1
Schedule your Telehealth Visit with us
You can schedule an appointment by filling out our online scheduling form or calling us at 703-215-2467.
We will have you send over any previous records you would like to share or request your records from any providers (we can help with this!).
2
Let’s get to know you!
We will schedule a preliminary call with our PA to learn more about you.
Depending on your health history and records, we will have you get a series of baseline tests that can be done at a local outpatient imaging facility or lab.
In some cases, we will have you do a genetic test that is delivered right to your door.
3
Dr. Wolff will see you now!
Now that we have everything we need, we will schedule a consultation for you with Dr. Wolff and you will receive a customized plan to get you back on track.
Any medications will be delivered to your door or sent to a local pharmacy.
Follow up visits can be performed from anywhere; home, school, training location site, vacation, or work.
4
Continuing support
Referrals to expert sports medicine providers for nutrition, PMR, physical therapy, psychology, psychiatry and orthopaedics are seamless with an integrated team approach to athlete care.
We will be using cutting edge telehealth monitoring with smart device integration to detect and correct adverse changes early.
In some cases we will be doing serial hormonal testing for early detection of changes indicating energy deficits at stages of training and competition.
